Maman is a nonprofit organization founded by Sara Raoof Jacobs in honor of her mother, Mahvash Ghiam Raoof. Inspired by her mother’s legacy of giving, Sara established Maman to uplift and support communities in times of need.

The name "Maman" means "Mother" in Persian—a guiding force that nurtures and strengthens those around her. Since its founding in 2022, Maman has been committed to fostering resilience, connection, and meaningful impact within the Iranian Jewish community and beyond.
