Returns & Exchanges
Many of our items are made to order or custom printed, which means we can’t accept returns or exchanges on those products — including all printed items and custom-made jewelry.
Some exceptions do apply. Eligible products may be returned within 30–90 days, depending on the provider. These details are noted under each product’s Additional Information section.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at orders@sweetpoppylane.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days—for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
