Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items, including printed products and custom jewelry.
Exceptions apply for some jewelry, which may be returned within 90 days — this will be noted under the product’s additional information.
Refunds
Refunds for made-to-order items are only offered if an item is damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll sort it out promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for made-to-order items.

We aim to provide excellent customer support. For any issues, contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and details of the problem. We’ll respond as quickly as possible with a resolution.
Order Tracking & Delivery
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. For questions, simply reach out to us.
When will I get my order?
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: typically 3–4 business days within the U.S.
Expedited shipping is available for select items and will appear at checkout.
Customs & Taxes
Orders from international providers may incur customs and tax fees. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Policies vary by country — check with your local customs office to see if duties apply.
How Are Our Products Made?
Jewelry
We partner with small business owners and Israeli/Jewish artists to bring curated collections and original designs to our store.
Clothing, Bags & Accessories
We source globally from trusted brands, including:
- Bella + Canvas: Humane, sustainable, and Fair Labor Association certified.
- Gildan: Fashion basics with renewable energy and water-efficient production.
- Econscious: Organic/recycled, PETA-approved vegan, and GOTS-certified apparel.
Where are products printed?
Most clothing, accessories, and coffee mugs are printed by Printful, a Print-On-Demand provider. Orders are fulfilled at the nearest production center in 2–5 business days, with affordable and reliable shipping options.
