Returns & Exchanges
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order items, including printed products and custom jewelry.
Exceptions apply for some jewelry, which may be returned within 90 days — this will be noted under the product’s additional information.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for made-to-order items are only offered if an item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll sort it out promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for made-to-order items.
Exchanges can be made for in-stock and ready-to-ship items if requested within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if there is an issue with my order?
We aim to provide excellent customer support. Contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and details of the problem. We’ll respond quickly with a resolution.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. For any questions, simply reach out to us.
When will I receive my order?
Orders that are in-stock and ready to ship will be sent within 1-2 business days.
Made-to-order items will ship within 5-10 business days. Shipping times are typically 3–4 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping is available for select items at checkout.
Shipping outside the US or from Israel may vary.
Will I need to pay customs and/or taxes?
Orders shipped from international providers may incur customs and tax fees, assessed by your local customs office and beyond our control. Policies vary by country — check with your local office to see if duties apply.
How are our products made?
We partner with small business owners and Israeli/Jewish artists to bring curated collections and original designs. Check the product details for specifics.
For printed clothing, bags & accessories, we source globally from trusted brands, including:
- Bella + Canvas: Humane, sustainable, Fair Labor Association certified
- Gildan: Fashion basics with renewable energy and water-efficient production
- Econscious: Organic/recycled, PETA-approved vegan, GOTS-certified
Most clothing, accessories, and coffee mugs are printed by Printful (Print-On-Demand). Orders are fulfilled at the nearest production center in 2–5 business days with reliable shipping options.

We love partnering with artists, designers, and influencers to create meaningful, limited-edition collections.
