Returns

We cannot offer returns or exchanges on items that are made-to-order. This includes our printed products and custom jewelry.

There are exceptions for some jewelry, which can be returned within 90 days and will be noted under the product’s additional information.

Refunds

For items that are made-to-order, refunds are only offered for damaged items or if the wrong item was received. If this applies, please contact us with photos and we’ll sort that out for you.

Exchanges

At this time, we don't offer exchanges for made-to-order items.

All Other Product Issues

We strive for excellent customer support and will do everything in our power to help resolve issues quickly.

Please contact us with your order number, photos of the damaged product, and any other relevant information.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us a note.

When will I get my order?

Production time can take 3–7 days, then it’s shipped directly to you.

Shipping time depends on your location, but we estimate 3–4 business days after production for orders shipped in the United States.

Expedited shipping is only available on select items and will appear as an option during checkout.

We have partnered with small business owners to showcase their products in our store. We offer curated collections as well as our original designs.

Clothing, Bags & Accessories

We source global clothing favorites across Bella + Canvas, Gildan, and more.

• Bella + Canvas: Bella + Canvas manufactures all its products in the US and internationally in a humane, no-sweat-shop, sustainable way and is part of the Fair Labor Association as well as Platinum WRAP certified.
• Gildan: Gildan offers fashion basics in a wide variety of styles and colors. The brand is known for its Genuine Responsibility® program which focuses on producing garments using renewable energy and less water than the industry average.
• Econscious: As the brand’s name suggests, Econscious is an eco-conscious company that creates clothing made from organic or recycled materials. All of Econscious’s apparel is PETA-approved vegan and GOTS-certified.

Where are your products printed?

Most of our clothing and accessories, as well as our coffee mugs, are printed by Printful, a Print-On-Demand (or POD) provider.

Printful automatically sends your orders to the nearest fulfillment center where the items are produced in 2–5 business days.

Printful offers the best shipping options to bring you affordable and reliable delivery.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders shipped from an international provider. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
