Poppy Lane partners with independent artists and designers around the world. Because our products are handcrafted and shipped from multiple studios and fulfillment partners, shipping origins, delivery times, and available destinations may vary by item.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order and your shipping destination and are displayed during checkout.
From time to time, Poppy Lane offers free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Eligibility may vary depending on the products in your cart and shipping destination.
Estimated Processing & Delivery
Most products ship within 2–7 business days, depending on the artist, designer, or manufacturer.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States & Canada: 7–10 business days after shipment
- International: 10–15 business days after shipment
Please note that handcrafted, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes products from multiple artists, designers, or fulfillment partners, your items may arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
International Orders
Many of our products are available internationally, although shipping destinations vary by designer and product.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Domestic shipments are typically sent via USPS, while international shipments may be delivered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other regional carriers.
