About

Harvested in Israel’s western Negev, this pure wildflower honey comes from the beekeeping operation of Kibbutz Erez, a community just a few kilometers from the Gaza border.

Since 1950, the kibbutz’s beekeepers have tended hives among the region’s seasonal wildflowers, producing golden honey with a delicate floral aroma, smooth texture, and naturally balanced sweetness.

Following October 7, the community of Kibbutz Erez has worked to rebuild while continuing the agricultural traditions that have sustained it for generations. Every jar supports the kibbutz’s local honey business and the families working to keep their community growing.

Drizzle it over yogurt, stir it into tea, spread it on fresh bread, or put it on the Rosh Hashanah table for a particularly meaningful taste of Israel.

Kibbutz Erez Honey

Sweetness From the Negev

Kibbutz Erez Honey has been producing honey in Israel’s western Negev since 1950, when the young kibbutz established its apiary among the agricultural fields near the Gaza border.

What began as a small beekeeping operation grew into a lasting part of the community’s agricultural life, with generations of beekeepers tending hives and producing honey shaped by the flowers and crops of the region.

After October 7, the apiary continued operating as Kibbutz Erez began the work of rebuilding and returning home. Today, every jar carries forward more than 75 years of beekeeping, agriculture, and community in southern Israel.
