Harry Benson first photographed Paul McCartney in 1964, just as The Beatles were becoming The Beatles. What began in the frenzy of Beatlemania became a photographic relationship that continued for decades.

Across more than 100 color and black-and-white photographs, Paul follows McCartney through The Beatles and Wings, onstage and in the studio, at home with Linda and their family, and in the quieter moments between all of it.

That's what makes this collection so special. Benson photographed one of the most famous people in the world, but his pictures don't always feel like photographs of a famous person. There's Paul the musician, of course, but also Paul the husband, father, collaborator, and friend.

It's intimate, joyful, occasionally surprising, and a reminder that somehow, after all these years, we still haven't had enough Paul.
