Best customer service I think I have ever received. The courier inevitably lost the mug and I reported that it was late arriving and incorrectly marked as delivered. I got a response the same day. And a new one was ordered immediately at the suggestion of the supplier. The original turned up a few days later so the new one wasn't needed and was cancelled by me. But the supplier was friendly, efficient and kind. And the mug is really attractive & good quality & says exactly what I currently feel!
